Account & Registration

Creating a PHPPub account is quick and free. Click the Register button at the top of the page, fill in your username, email address, mobile number, and preferred password, then verify your contact details. The whole process takes less than two minutes. Once your account is active, you can log in straight away and start exploring our full game library.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on PHPPub, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. We conduct age verification checks as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be suspended and any funds will be handled according to our Terms and Conditions.

No. Each player is allowed only one active PHPPub account. Duplicate accounts violate our Terms and Conditions and may result in all related accounts being suspended. If you accidentally created multiple accounts, contact our support team and we'll help you consolidate everything to your primary account.

Click the Login link in the navigation bar. Enter your registered username or email address and your password, then click the login button. If you're on your personal device, tick "Remember Me" to stay signed in between sessions. For step-by-step help, visit our Login page.

Click "Forgot Password?" on the Login page. Enter the email address tied to your PHPPub account and we'll send you a reset link. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you're still unable to recover access, contact our live support chat and an agent will verify your identity and assist you manually — mabilis lang.

Log in to your PHPPub account and go to the Profile or Account Settings section on your dashboard. You can update your mobile number, email address, and communication preferences from there. Some changes — like updating your registered name — may require identity verification documents. Contact support if you need help with a restricted field.

Deposits & Withdrawals

PHPPub supports a wide range of payment channels popular with Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit at PHPPub starts at ₱100 for most e-wallet methods like GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary slightly depending on your bank's own rules. Check the cashier section of your account for the exact minimum per payment channel.

Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes after approval. Bank transfers through InstaPay are usually settled within a few hours, while PESONet transfers may take one banking day. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during business hours (9 AM – 9 PM PHT). Make sure your account is fully verified to avoid delays.

A pending withdrawal usually means it's in the queue for our finance team to approve, or your account KYC verification is incomplete. Check whether you've submitted your valid ID and selfie. If your documents are all in order and it's been more than 24 hours, reach out to our support team with your withdrawal reference number and we'll look into it right away.

PHPPub does not charge any processing fee on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule. For most GCash and Maya transactions, there are no additional charges on the player's end.

Games

PHPPub offers a wide selection of games loved by Filipino players: JILI Slots, Color Game, Tongits, Bingo, Poker, Basketball Betting, and Virtual Sports. New games are added regularly, so there's always something fresh to try.

Yes. All games on PHPPub use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes for every round. Our game providers are reputable international developers whose products are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories. Results are never manipulated — what you see is what you get.

Absolutely — PHPPub is fully optimised for mobile play. The platform runs smoothly on any Android or iOS device using your browser. No app download is required. You can also save the site to your home screen for an app-like experience. As long as you have a stable internet connection, the games load quickly and play well even on standard LTE.

Log in to your PHPPub account, head to the Tongits section, and choose a table that suits your bet level. Tongits follows the classic Filipino card game rules — draw, discard, and aim to empty your hand before your opponents do. Detailed game rules and tips are available on the Tongits game page. Laro na!

Bonuses & Promotions

New PHPPub members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and percentage may vary depending on the active promotion at the time of your registration. After logging in, check the Promotions section on your dashboard to see your current welcome offer and the wagering requirements attached to it.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover) tell you how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before you can withdraw the associated winnings. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to wager ₱10,000 in total before cashing out. Full terms for each bonus are listed on the Promotions page of your PHPPub account.

Generally, PHPPub only allows one active bonus at a time. You need to complete or forfeit your current bonus before claiming a new one. Exceptions may apply during special events or double-bonus weekends — check the Promotions section for specific terms. To avoid confusion, always read the fine print before opting in to any offer.

Yes! PHPPub runs weekly cashback promos for active members. A percentage of your net losses during the qualifying period is returned to your account as a cashback bonus. Cashback is sulit — it softens a tough week and gives you more chances to win. Log in regularly and check the Promotions tab so you don't miss out on the latest deals.

Security & Verification

Yes. PHPPub operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and takes player safety seriously. The platform uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your personal information and financial details are stored securely and never shared with unauthorised third parties. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.

To complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on PHPPub, you'll need to submit a valid government-issued ID — such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or voter's ID — along with a recent selfie holding your ID. Proof of billing address may also be required for higher withdrawal tiers. KYC verification helps protect both you and other players on the platform.

Act fast — change your password immediately via the Login page and contact our support team through live chat. We can temporarily freeze your PHPPub account to prevent further activity while we investigate. Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be PHPPub staff. Our agents will never ask for your password.
